Which form of therapy is best for me?

Knowing which is the best form of therapy to opt for can sometimes be a challenge, particularly if you’re new to therapy. To help you decide, follow the links below to find out more about the forms of therapy I offer:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a very practical form of therapy that equips you with a number of really helpful coping strategies for dealing with issues such as excessive worrying, anxiety, panic attacks, specific phobias or depression.
  • EMDR Therapy is a highly effective form of therapy for addressing difficulties following either recent traumatic events or childhood (early attachment) trauma.
  • Couples Therapy offers a safe space in which to address communication issues, to help you better understand each other and your relationship.
